David McCoy

David McCoy has extensive experience in the oil and refining industry, with a background in engineering and management roles. David currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Kern Oil & Refining Co., overseeing a large cross-functional team and focusing on strategic planning and cost control. With previous roles at Big West Oil, GE Water & Process Technologies, and Hercules, Inc., David has a proven track record of improving processes, implementing new technologies, and driving long-term success for the companies David works for. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
