Cynthia Cardona has extensive experience in health services and education, currently serving as the Cultural and Linguistics Services Manager at Kern Health Systems since March 2012, where Cynthia has held various roles, including Cultural and Linguistics Administrative and Support Supervisor and Health Education & Cultural & Linguistics Specialist. Prior to that, Cardona worked at Affiliated Computer Services as a Government Solutions & Disability Discharge Senior Assistant from December 2005 to March 2012 and gained early experience in education as a Teacher Assistant Interpreter with the Bakersfield City School District and as an Instructional Bilingual Aid at Hort Elementary School. Cardona holds a Master of Arts in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from West Coast University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from California State University, Bakersfield, and an Associate of Arts in Administration of Justice from Bakersfield College.
