Jackie Byrd

Jackie Byrd is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist at Kern Health Systems since July 2023, Jackie has previously held key roles, including Communications and Outreach Manager and Internal Communications Advisor at Clinica Sierra Vista from June 2022 to July 2023. Additional experience includes positions as Communications and Marketing Coordinator at CityServe International, Outreach and Public Relations Coordinator at Community Action Partnership of Kern, and Certified Substitute Teacher at Bakersfield City School District. Educationally, Jackie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from California State University, Bakersfield, an Associate’s Degree in Communication Studies from Bakersfield College, and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Digital Marketing from UC Santa Barbara.
