Joe Orlando

Joe Orlando, CDMP, currently serves as the Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity at Kern Health Systems, overseeing systems administration, help desk, networks and telecommunications, systems architecture, technical compliance, and information security. With extensive experience dating back to 1996, Joe has held key roles including Managing Partner at TorchLite Group, where guidance and oversight were provided to private equity portfolio companies and global enterprises. Previously, Joe was a Senior Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers UK, where a strategic technologies center was established, and at Motorola, focusing on market entries and strategic alliances. Joe began a career as a Senior Executive Consultant at IBM, leading database consolidation and security strategies for major accounts. Educational qualifications include a degree from Stetson University, completed between 1974 and 1979.
