Pawan Gill

Pawan Gill, MPA, SHRM-SCP, AWI-CH, CCP, serves as the Health Equity Manager at Kern Health Systems since April 2023, following a role as Program Director of HRTP & Workforce Development at Kern Community College District. Previously, Pawan held the position of Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Kern County and Director of Administrative Services for the City of Arvin, overseeing Human Resources, Safety, and Community Development programs. Early experience includes serving as a Sr. Personnel/Compensation Analyst at UCLA Health, providing support in compensation analysis and collective bargaining, and as a Program Manager and Trainer for Reading Revolution, Learning Excitement Inc. Pawan holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from California State University, Bakersfield.
