Rebecca Sanchez Lazer

Rebecca Sanchez Lazer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health equity, community program management, and policy research. Currently serving as the Health Equity Outreach Program Manager at MultiCare Health System, Rebecca previously managed community initiatives at Behavioral Health Catalyst, focusing on strategic planning, relationship management, and innovative behavioral health care models. A former Health Equity Scholar at the Pacific Hospital Preservation & Development Authority, Rebecca conducted research to enhance oral healthcare access for individuals with behavioral health conditions. Additionally, Rebecca contributed to the Anti-Defamation League's efforts to establish a Hate Crimes Hotline and has held various roles in legal assistance and student advocacy during their academic journey. Rebecca holds dual Master's degrees in Public Health and Public Administration from the University of Washington, along with a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Psychology from Northwestern University.
