Reynaldo Lopez has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Reynaldo started their career in 1987 as an MIS Manager at Anheuser-Busch, where they managed the IS team and played a role in the development of the Wholesale Operation Division System. Reynaldo then took on the role of Manager at Del-Fi Records, where they were responsible for launching new products and artists.
In 1990, Lopez joined Electronic Data Systems/OAN Services as a Business Relations professional before transitioning to BLC, Inc. in 1997. At BLC, Inc., they worked as the Director of Information Technology & Education, developing business and IT strategies for the company and ensuring customer objectives were met.
Lopez then moved on to Providence St. Joseph Medical Center, where they held multiple roles. From 2006 to 2012, they served as an Enterprise Information Systems Sr. Project Manager, overseeing technology projects and collaborating with business leaders to define strategies. From 2012 to 2017, they were the Information Technology Site Director, providing executive leadership for a multi-facility healthcare environment.
Most recently, Lopez worked at Kern Medical as the Chief Information Officer, responsible for developing the long-term technology vision and strategic roadmap, seeking funding for innovative IT initiatives, and conducting strategic sourcing for cost-effective IT utilization.
Throughout their career, Lopez has demonstrated their ability to lead and strategize in various organizational settings, leveraging technology to drive success.

Since our beginning in 1867, Kern Medical has served as an integral part of the community. Our 222-licensed bed acute care teaching hospital and outpatient clinics offer many services unavailable to the rest of the community. These services include: - The only Level II Trauma program between Fresno and Los Angeles - Academic teaching programs that have trained many of the physicians now practicing in our community. Each year, over 200 residents, fellows, and medical students enroll in Kern Medical's training programs. - Hospital-based high-risk pregnancy services - Inpatient psychiatric services integrated with the County's mental health programs - Integrated outpatient clinics with locations at our Columbus Clinic (1111 Columbus Avenue), Medical Center Campus (1700 Mt. Vernon Avenue), and on Truxtun Avenue (6401 Truxtun Avenue, Suite A-1) As an academic teaching hospital, we are affiliated with UCLA and its David Geffen School of Medicine, with many of our physicians also holding faculty positions at UCLA. Our physician training ranges from three to five years with residencies in internal medicine, surgery, family practice, emergency medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry. We offer an extensive array of services to all – regardless of their circumstances. We continue to add new medical technologies, recruit outstanding physicians in new specialties, and further expand our affiliation with UCLA.
