Shad Reeves

Shad Reeves has extensive experience in security, emergency management, and healthcare. Starting in 1997, they worked as a Correctional Sergeant at the Taft Police Department/Corrections Division. From 2007 to 2010, they served as a Program Manager at Hospital Shared Services. In 2010, they joined Dignity Health as the Central Valley service area Director for safety, security, emergency management, and tele-communications. In 2018, they moved to TRANS-WEST SECURITY SERVICES, INC. & Kern Medical Center, where they became the Director of security, emergency preparedness, healthcare, and training. Currently, since May 2022, they hold the position of Director of Security & Emergency Management at Kern Medical.
