Danielle Schiraldi

Danielle Schiraldi has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Danielle currently holds the position of Associate Director, Contracts Counsel at Keros Therapeutics since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. from 2020 to 2023, where they held various roles including Senior Attorney, Patents and Contracts, Contracts Attorney, and Legal Associate. Before joining Jounce Therapeutics, Inc., Danielle gained legal internship experience at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2020 and at Jounce Therapeutics, Inc. in 2019. Danielle also served as a Legal Intern at Wellframe in 2019, where they researched data privacy laws and conducted impact reviews. In addition, Danielle was a Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services in 2018, where they assisted in litigation and policy drafting. Outside of the legal field, Danielle has also worked as a Staff Member at the Women's Center, organizing campus-wide events, and as an Event Manager at VAST - Valley Against Sex Trafficking, organizing fundraising events. Danielle began their career as a Data Entry Clerk at Clerkin, Sinclair and Mahfouz LLP in 2015.

Danielle Schiraldi completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General at Lehigh University between 2013 and 2017. Danielle then pursued higher education at Northeastern University School of Law from 2017 to 2020, earning a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
