Clark Spencer

Clark Spencer is a seasoned civil design technologist with extensive experience in engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Technologist at Kerr Wood Leidal Associates Ltd. since January 2023, Clark is engaged in diverse areas including water management and road geometrics. Prior to this role, Clark spent nearly eight years at Tetra Tech Canada as a Senior Project Engineering Technologist, focusing on airport development projects. With a background that includes roles as a 3D Design Technologist and Mentor from 2006 to 2015 and as a 3D Designer and Visualization Specialist at Stantec from 1993 to 2006, Clark has developed a robust skill set in design, planning, and contract documentation. Educational achievements encompass a diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology from Lethbridge Polytechnic and a Competent Communicator Certificate from Toastmasters International.
