Saheema Loonat

Saheema Loonat CSM has over 18 years of experience in support and finance roles, currently serving as a Support Manager at Kerridge Commercial Systems since November 2005. Previous positions at Kerridge include Assistant Manager for Global K8 Finance, Accounts Support Team Leader, and Analyst, with responsibilities in third-line support, ensuring adherence to SLAs, program testing, bug reporting, data correction, and creation of reports. Prior to Kerridge, Saheema worked as a Support Analyst at Softline Pastel from July 2004 to October 2005, providing various forms of support including telephonic and onsite assistance. Saheema holds a National Diploma in Information from Technikon Witwatersrand and a high school diploma from Damelin.
