Stephen Lee has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 17 years. Stephen started their career as a part-time Accounts Assistant at The Kingwood Trust in 2003. Stephen then worked as a Company Accountant at Kingdom Coffee Ltd from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2012, they worked at MMA Insurance plc in various roles, where they implemented a new ERM system and redesigned reporting processes.

In 2012, Stephen joined Covéa Insurance as a Financial Planning Manager, where they played a crucial role in implementing a business-partnering model and contributing to strategic projects. Stephen then moved to Allied Bakeries in 2013 as a Commercial Finance Analyst, where they worked closely with the Sales Director on large sales contracts and redesigned the monthly rolling forecast process.

In 2014, Stephen became the Global Head of Finance - Animal & Crop Health at GfK, where they completed a complex MBO transaction and implemented an ERP system. Currently, Stephen is working at Kerridge Commercial Systems as the Finance Director for the U.K. & Ireland, a role they assumed in 2019.
