Cynthia Teo has a diverse work experience in the legal and compliance field. Cynthia started their career as a Legal & Compliance Recruitment Consultant at Huxley Banking & Financial Services in 2015, specializing in recruiting mid to senior level professionals within the Legal and Compliance space for Financial Institutions. In 2017, they joined EY as a People Advisory Services - Global Mobility Tax Advisory Consultant. Cynthia'smost recent role was at Kerry Consulting, where they progressed from Senior Consultant to Associate Director, and eventually Director - Legal & Compliance. Kerry Consulting is Singapore's leading Search & Selection firm, providing services to many of the world's leading companies and financial institutions.
