Jovan Bogataj

Jovan Bogataj currently serves as Associate Director Legal & Compliance for Central Northern Europe and Europe East & Israel at Organon since February 2023, and previously held the role of Associate Director Legal & Compliance for DACH & EESC. Prior to this, Jovan worked at Fresenius Medical Care Srbija d.o.o. from July 2014 to February 2023, where responsibilities included Head of Legal for Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina and Interim Regional General Counsel covering multiple countries in Southeast Europe. Jovan's extensive legal experience also includes positions at Karanovic & Nikolic Law Firm as an Associate and Senior Associate, as well as roles as a Trainee at the Commercial Court in Belgrade and the First Basic Court. Jovan began professional involvement in the legal field through a volunteer position at the National Office of the President of the Republic. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Commercial Law and an L.L.B from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade.
