Barbara Morgan

Barbara Morgan serves as the Global Vice President of Pharma and Biotechnology at Kerry, overseeing a team of over 300 professionals and managing P&L responsibilities for the pharma/biopharma business across global markets. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Barbara has held various leadership roles at The Lubrizol Corporation, including General Manager of Pharmaceutical CDMO and Senior Global Business Director, where successful management of complex drug delivery projects and P&L responsibilities were key focuses. Prior to The Lubrizol Corporation, Barbara was involved in investment strategies at North Coast Ventures and provided consultancy at Cleveland HeartLab, Inc. with an academic foundation in Organic Chemistry, holding a PhD from the University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Kenyon College.
