Erlon Pereira possesses extensive experience in the food and flavor industry, currently serving as Vice President Taste Europe at Kerry since July 2023. Prior to this, Erlon held roles such as VP, General Manager, and Senior Advisor at Taste | Oils & Essences | Natural Ingredients | Plant Based from February to July 2023, and General Manager for Brazil and South Cone at DöhlerGroup from 2015 to 2023, where strategic growth initiatives were successfully executed. Erlon also served as Global BU Head for Flavors at DöhlerGroup, overseeing a diverse flavor portfolio and leading a team of 13. Earlier career highlights include significant roles at Symrise AG, including Global Account Director for The Coca Cola Company and Global Competence Director for Citrus, contributing to the development of innovative flavor solutions and driving substantial revenue growth. Erlon began the professional journey as a Regional Account Manager at IFF and has foundational experience with MBRF. Educationally, Erlon holds a degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Federal de Viçosa.
