Isla O'Dowd

Isla O'Dowd is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for Europe at Kerry since February 2014. In this role, Isla leads the Global Talent Centre of Expertise, collaborating with HR and business leaders to develop a strategic approach to talent and succession that aligns with the company's goals. Previous positions include Senior Manager for Foundational Technologies, Talent Manager for Applied Health & Nutrition, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Before joining Kerry, Isla held various recruitment roles at notable companies such as Facebook and Michael Page, focusing primarily on finance and diverse sectors. Isla holds a degree in International Business and Languages with a specialization in HR from the University of Limerick and a certificate in French Studies.
