Nigel Bigger

Nigel Bigger is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as the Regional Head of Talent Acquisition for SThree since February 2024, Nigel oversees recruitment efforts in the UK, France, and Belgium for a global organization. Previously, Nigel held the position of Talent Acquisition Partner at Impellam Group from January 2021 to December 2023, aligning recruitment strategies with STEM brands, while also having a long-standing tenure at Lorien as Internal Recruitment Manager from September 2005 to December 2023. Nigel's career in recruitment began at Progressive Recruitment, initially as an Internal Recruitment Consultant followed by a role as IT Recruitment Consultant from February 2002 to August 2005. Nigel holds a BA (Hons) in Sport and Leisure Management from Leeds Beckett University and has educational qualifications in Leisure & Tourism Management.
