Jim Kimble

Jim Kimble is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in corporate development and strategic planning. Currently serving as Founder and Chairman of Aerie Strategy Group, LLC since March 2023, Jim has also held the position of VP Corporate Development/M&A - Americas at Kerry Group since June 2015, leading external development initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, and joint ventures. Prior to this, Jim served as VP of Corporate Development and Planning at The Schwan Food Company and Spectrum Brands, overseeing comprehensive corporate strategy and development activities. Jim's career began at The Pillsbury Company as a Senior Financial Analyst, following a role as an Advanced Internal Consultant at 3M Company. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and an MBA in Finance from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
