Joseph Meyer

Joseph Meyer currently serves as the Global Microbiology Lead at Kerry, a position held since March 2023, and previously held the same title at Kerry from April 2019 to September 2022. Notably, Joseph served as Administrator of the Division of Food and Recreational Safety at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection from September 2022 to March 2023. Additional experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Food Safety and Regulatory Affairs at The Kraft Heinz Company and Vice President of Quality and Food Safety at Miniat Holdings LLC. Joseph's career in food safety and microbiology spans several prominent companies, including Covance Laboratories, Kellogg Company, ConAgra Foods, and Kraft Foods, beginning as a Microbiologist at Kraft Foods in 1988. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Bacteriology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
