Kinjal Desai

Kinjal Desai serves as the Director of Global Supply Chain at Kerry, a role held since April 2017, where responsibilities include directing global supply chain operations and strategy for a $200M food, beverage, and pharma manufacturer across international hubs in China, Australia, India, and The Netherlands. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Supply Chain Manager and Supply Chain Manager at Ganedden Probiotics, focusing on global supply chain operations, logistics, and procurement. Kinjal began a career at Penske Logistics, first as a Customer Associate and later as a Materials Coordinator, optimizing shipping and transportation services. Kinjal holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Cleveland State University and two degrees from South Gujarat University: a Master of Commerce in Cost Accounting and Industrial Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in the same field.
