Aaron Kim is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in direct procurement and supply chain management in the automotive industry. Currently serving as Senior Group Manager of Direct Procurement at Lucid Motors, Aaron oversees key areas such as thermal systems, vehicle integration, and interiors. Previous roles include Group Manager focused on thermal systems at Lucid Motors and Senior Global Supply Manager at Hankook Tire America Corp., where Aaron led OE supply chain efforts and implemented significant cost reduction and production efficiency improvements. With a background in private equity analysis at Aktis Capital Advisory Ltd. and experience as a founding partner at YK Motoring, Aaron has developed a robust skill set in financial evaluation, operational strategy, and automotive project management.
