Marc Demeersman

Marc Demeersman has extensive experience in the food technology and ingredients sectors, currently serving as the RD&A Integrated Technology Innovation Director for Food Systems at Kerry since June 2018. Previous roles include Research and Development Director at NACTIS BENELUX, Senior Commercial Manager at Naturex, and Raw Material Category Lead EMEA for Functional Ingredients at Kerry. Prior to these roles, Marc held significant positions such as Technology Director at Dera Food Technology NV and Operations Manager at Perlarom, among others. Marc's early career began as a Technical Manager at Borden Food and includes a notable tenure at Amylum, leading R&D activities in the starch industry. Marc holds an Engineer's Degree in Chemical and Agricultural Industries from KU Leuven.
