Noeleen Donegan serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Global VP for Food Safety at Kerry since April 2000, overseeing food safety and quality systems across more than 150 plants. Previous roles include Regional VP for Food Safety and Health & Safety in Europe and Russia, and VP for Quality and Occupational Health and Safety in the APMEA region, managing responsibilities across 25 manufacturing plants. Earlier experience includes Director of Regulatory Affairs for EMEA, where leadership in navigating compliance for product launches and ingredient approvals was a focus, as well as R&D Technology Innovation Manager and Technical Manager at Shillelagh. Before joining Kerry, Noeleen worked as an Associate Quality Engineer at Boston Scientific and a QA Engineer at Takeda UK and Ireland. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Organizational Leadership and degrees in Management and Science & Quality Assurance.
