Rebecca Zimmermann

Rebecca Zimmermann is a Technical Service Specialist in Dairy at Kerry since June 2020, with a background that includes roles such as RD&A/FSQA Scientist and Quality Assurance Supervisor. Prior experience encompasses positions at the Meat Science and Muscle Biology Laboratory as a Student Store Manager and Marketing and Communications Assistant, and as a Project Assistant for Food Safety at Kestrel Management. Rebecca also served as a Quality Control Intern at Babcock Hall Dairy Plant and as a Dietary Aide at Columbus Community Hospital, Inc. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and a Certificate in Fermented Foods and Beverages, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, completed between 2016 and 2020.
