Síle Kelly

Síle Kelly currently serves as the VP of Digital Enablement, Business Functions at Kerry since January 2025, focusing on developing a Digital Enablement Strategy in collaboration with the Business Functions Leadership Team. Prior to this role, Síle was the Director of Finance Continuous Improvement at Mark Anthony Brands International, overseeing a global ERP transformation. Síle's extensive experience at Diageo includes positions such as Head of Finance Transformation within Diageo Global Supply, where a €4bn cost base finance transformation was executed, and Senior Commercial Finance Manager for Beer, leading a significant capital investment review. Additionally, Síle held the role of Non-Executive Director at Safetynet Primary Care & GP Care for All, serving as Chairperson of the GPCareForAll Board from 2019 to 2022. Síle is a qualified professional, holding a CIMA and a Diploma in Financial Management from ACCA.
