Stijn Sweere

Stijn Sweere is an accomplished supply chain professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Director Global Supply Chain Taste at Kerry since March 2022, Stijn manages supply chain operations for 25 manufacturing plants with an annual turnover of €2 billion. Prior to this, Stijn founded and served as Supply Chain Interim at SSCE and worked as Operations Manager at Group of Butchers, overseeing supply chain and production for five plants. Stijn's earlier roles at International Flavors & Fragrances included Director Global Supply Chain and Director Global Supply Chain Planning, where responsibilities spanned multiple manufacturing plants and extensive supply chain strategy development. Stijn's career commenced at Krohne Altometer as an industrial engineer and production supervisor. Stijn holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and has furthered education through programs at INSEAD and Gemba.
