Eric Ng

Eric Ng has a range of work experience in project management roles. Eric began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Project Manager at Manhattan Group before moving on to work as a Project Manager at DTZ. In 2006, they became an Assistant Project Manager at Hysan Development Company Limited. Eric then joined Kerry Properties Limited in 2007, starting as an Assistant Project Manager before working their way up to Senior Project Manager. Eric held this position until 2019 before taking on the role of Deputy Project Director in 2020.

Eric NG attended multiple educational institutions throughout their career. Eric obtained a postgraduate diploma in Construction Law and Arbitration from The University of Hong Kong in 2003-2004. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate from the University of Greenwich from 2001 to 2003. Earlier in their education, Eric NG enrolled at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) for a Bachelor of Built Environment (Architectural Studies - Architecture) degree, though the start and end years are unspecified. In 2005-2007, they participated in the OneMBA Global Executives Program at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Most recently, in 2024-2025, Eric NG completed the L.E.A.D. Program at the School of Management at Fudan University.
