Richard Ong

Richard Ong has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Richard started their career as a Trainee Consultant at EBASIC Sdn Bhd./ Sunway Business Application, where they later became an Associate Consultant and then a Consultant. Richard then joined NCS Pte Ltd as a Senior Consultant before moving to S&I Technology (China) Co. Ltd. as a Customer Supports Manager & Senior Consultant. Richard also worked at S&I Systems (HK) Ltd as a Consulting Services Manager - ERP Oracle's JD Edwards, where they set up and managed the Hong Kong office. Richard later worked as a Freelancer Principal Consultant / Director at Ronet Consulting Ltd and held the position of JDE Project Manager & Principal Consultant at Axline Commercial Services Limited. Richard's most recent role was as Deputy Director - Finance Systems Applications, Technology and Innovation at Kerry Properties Limited. Throughout their career, Richard has had extensive experience in JDE projects and has worked with various clients and companies across different regions.

Richard Ong completed a Bachelor of Information Technology (Hons) degree from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak from 1995 to 1999, with a major in System Technology. In 2020, Richard attended the Apex Institute of Management & Science to receive a certificate in Agile Leadership Beyond 2020, specializing in Agile Leadership and Management as well as Business Transformation.
