Thomas Chan

Thomas Chan has a diverse work experience in the HR and administration field. Thomas started their career as a Senior Accountant at KPMG in 1993 and later worked as a Consultant at Michael Page. Thomas then transitioned to Robert Walters as a Senior Consultant before joining The Walt Disney Company as a Manager in HR and administration roles. Thomas held positions such as Manager, C&B, HRIS, and Administration, and Manager, Staffing. Following this, they served as the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Zuellig Pharma and then as the Head of Staffing and Rewards at Metro Cash and Carry. Thomas then worked as the Human Resources Director at Regus, overseeing the APAC region. Currently, they hold the position of Group Director, HR & Admin, China at Kerry Properties Limited.

Thomas Chan completed their Master of Management degree in Human Resources at Macquarie Graduate School of Management from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accountancy from City, University of London, from 1990 to 1993.
