Karen Riat

Karen Riat is an experienced professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Talent & Workforce Planning at Kerry's Place Autism Services since October 2020. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Specialist and Regional Human Resources Coordinator at the same organization. Prior to joining Kerry's Place, Karen held positions at Bell Technical Solutions, CDI Computer Dealers Inc., and Islington Village Chiropractic Health Centre, with a focus on human resources coordination and recruitment. Karen began a career in human resources as a Receptionist and later transitioned to roles such as HR Assistant and Training Assistant. Karen Riat holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Ryerson University.
