Thea Hillman currently serves as the Chief Communications Officer at Keshet, a role assumed in January 2024, where the organization focuses on promoting equality and inclusion for LGBTQ+ Jews and their families within Jewish communities. Prior to this position, Thea held various communications roles, including Communications Specialist at the City and County of San Francisco's Human Services Agency from June 2021 to January 2024, and Senior Writer at Tipping Point Community from February 2018 to June 2021. Additional experience includes account management and marketing roles at multiple organizations, as well as extensive communication strategy consulting. Thea holds a Masters in English/Creative Writing from Mills College and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
