Drew McNamara

Drew McNamara is an accomplished social work professional with extensive experience in disability services and program management. Currently serving as the Recreation Program Manager at Keshet Disabilities & Inclusion since November 2021, Drew also founded Creative Souls, Inc. in September 2016, focusing on providing employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities through art-related products. Previously, Drew held roles at Little City Foundation, including Children's Residential Case Management Supervisor, where responsibilities included evaluating case management outcomes, and Community Case Manager, overseeing services for over 20 adults with disabilities. Drew holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the same institution, complemented by international study at the University of Adelaide.
