Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue vastaa 1.1.2023 alkaen noin 273 000 keskisuomalaisen sosiaali- ja terveys- ja pelastustoimen palveluista. Kehitämme palveluita vastaamaan koko Keski-Suomen maakunnan asukkaiden tarpeita, kärkenä digitaaliset palvelut. Keskiössä on asukkaiden hyvinvointi, terveys ja turvallisuus. Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialueen palvelukseen kuuluu noin 10 000 sosiaali- ja terveyspalveluiden sekä pelastustoimen huippuammattilaista. Vuoden 2023 alusta alkaen olemme Keski-Suomen suurin työnantaja. Henkilöstö siirtyy hyvinvointialueen palvelukseen kunnista, kuntayhtymistä, Keski-Suomen sairaanhoitopiiriltä ja Keski-Suomen pelastuslaitokselta.
