Heidi Nykvist

Heidi Nykvist is an experienced professional with a strong background in product ownership, project management, and account management, currently serving as Product Owner for eCommerce Development and Marketing Automation at Kesko - K-Group since December 2021. Prior to this role, Heidi worked at APSIS International AB for nearly nine years, where responsibilities included managing marketing automation projects, consulting on email marketing strategies, and enhancing client relationships as an Account Manager. Earlier career experience includes positions as Contracting Coordinator at Voyage Privé, focusing on hotel partnerships, and as an iSales Channel Account Manager at Cisco Systems, where the emphasis was on partner development and client management within the Nordic market. Heidi holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration from Haaga-Helia, specializing in Service Production and Marketing.
