Max Romantschuk

Max Romantschuk began their work experience in 2001 as a Programmer at Ch5 Finland Oy, where they worked on web development projects, including building an e-learning platform. In 2004, they joined Aller Julkaisut Oy as a Web Developer, focusing on front-end development and video editing for various Finnish magazines. Max then moved on to Maxisat Oy in 2007, where they worked as a Systems Architect, specializing in systems design and development with IPTV technologies. In 2009, Romantschuk joined Verkkokauppa.com Oyj as a Systems Developer, working on back-end and front-end development and leading projects for internal ERP updates. Max later became the Head of Development, leading the software development organization and focusing on continuous improvement efforts. Currently, Romantschuk works at Kesko - K-Group as the Head of eCommerce and Digital Development for the Builders division, starting in 2023.
