Paula Metsänen

Paula Metsänen has extensive experience in business development and management, currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Kesko - K-Group since May 2017, where responsibilities include project management and product ownership for a next-generation application crucial for business success. Previously, as Chain Manager, Paula led K-retailers to improved business outcomes while fostering collaboration between Kesko stakeholders and retailers. Prior roles include Area Sales Manager at both K-Market Oy and Suomen Lähikauppa Oy, where Paula directed teams of store managers and provided guidance and training to enhance operational effectiveness. Paula holds a Master of Business Administration in Leading Business Transformation from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in International Business from Kymenlaakso University of Applied Sciences. Additional education includes training in business fundamentals from AVA instituutti and Haminan lukio/ammattiopisto.
