Timo Kivi

Timo Kivi has extensive experience in quality management and product development, currently serving as the Head of Quality and Product Development at Kesko - K-Group since August 2005. In this role, Timo oversees the quality and safety of Kesko's private label brands, including Pirkka and K-Menu, specifically within home goods product categories such as detergents and personal hygiene. Previously, Timo worked as a Product Quality Manager and laboratory chemist, managing an ISO 17025 accredited laboratory for Kesko Food Ltd. Prior experience includes serving as a Research Assistant at the University of Helsinki, where Timo contributed to the development of a Time of Flight Mass Spectrometer for air quality analysis. Timo holds a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Helsinki, obtained between 2007 and 2011.
