Magdalena Jonikas

Magdalena Jonikas is a highly accomplished professional with a background in bioengineering and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Board Director at Mosaic TX and Kesmalea Therapeutics, with additional roles at Syncona Limited and OMass Therapeutics. Previously worked at McKinsey & Company as an Associate Partner focusing on Pharma R&D, portfolio management, and BD&L. Holds a PhD in Bioengineering from Stanford University, where Magdalena also completed their MS and BSE degrees. Additionally, has research experience at Children's Hospital Boston and Harvard Medical School.
