Pascal Dudli

Pascal Dudli is a seasoned leader in international employee benefits, currently serving as the Leader International Employee Benefits at KESSLER since 2023. Previously, they held various roles at Swiss Life Global Solutions from 2011 to 2020, including Multinational Account Executive and Head of Sales Europe, where they managed and developed global employee benefits solutions for multinational clients. Prior to that, Pascal worked at AXA from 2005 to 2011 as a Consultant Berufliche Vorsorge, focusing on sales training and key client management. They hold an MBA from Bayes Business School and are pursuing a CAS in Insurance Broking at ZHAW School of Management and Law.
