Lisa Peterson is an experienced human resources professional and organizational consultant with a robust track record across various industries, including healthcare, technology, and nonprofit sectors. Currently serving as a Trustee on the Board of Directors for the Kessler Foundation since December 2021, Lisa has held significant leadership roles such as Group Vice President of Human Resources at Stryker Orthopaedics Group from 2015 to 2020, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and change management for a global workforce of 5,000.
