Michele Pignatello serves as the Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Kessler Foundation since May 2014, leading fundraising efforts for a prominent organization focused on improving cognition and mobility for individuals with brain and spinal cord challenges, as well as funding employment initiatives for people with disabilities. Prior to this role, Michele held the position of Assistant Vice President, Development at Beth Israel Medical Center and St. Luke's and Roosevelt Hospitals within the Mount Sinai Health System, where leadership responsibilities included managing a team that generated $30 million annually. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Development for Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark and Director at The Robert Ludwig Company, where Michele specialized in major gifts programs for teaching hospitals. Early career experience includes roles as an Organization Development Instructor at Saint Vincent's Hospital and Medical Center and a Senior Consultant at Andersen Consulting. Michele earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Lafayette College.
