Fergus Sully has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2019. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a mechanic and salesperson at Bike Gallery Melbourne. In 2016, they were a placement student and research assistant at the Baker IDI Heart and Diabetes Institute, where they studied how a specific signalling pathway controls muscle mass. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at the Baker Heart and Diabetes Institute as a research assistant and honours student, where they investigated athletes' hearts to advance prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart disease. In 2019, they joined Kester Black as General Manager and Operations Director. As General Manager, they oversaw operations across the markets of Australia, New Zealand and Europe. As Operations Director, they implemented changes to Kester Black's distribution network that led to improved fulfilment and packaging systems, resulting in significant growth in online sales.
Fergus Sully completed their high school education at Box Hill High School between 2005 and 2010. Fergus then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design Engineering at Swinburne University of Technology from 2011 to 2012. Following this, they completed a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University between 2013 and 2016, and an Honours research project in Exercise and Sports Science at Deakin University in 2017.
