Traci Umberger

Traci Umberger, Kestra’s General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, has responsibility for the company’s Legal, Compliance, and Human Resources functions. Ms. Umberger has over 30 years of life sciences representation including 15 years as a General Counsel and 10 years as an HR Leader and CAO. In private practice, she represented hospital systems prior to joining medical device companies such as Medtronic and Physio-Control. Ms. Umberger serves on the Board of Directors of Kestra.
