Cees Hagoort

Cees Hagoort is the Founder and Managing Director of Hagoort & Partners since January 1997, specializing in executive search and interim management solutions for diverse sectors, including businesses, non-profits, and government. Additionally, Cees serves as the Managing Director of Kestria Netherlands, representing the largest alliance of boutique executive search firms globally. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at YER from November 1990 to December 1996 and as a Commercial Manager at Vedior from August 1985 to November 1990. Cees holds a bachelor's degree in business from Maastricht School of Management, obtained between 1982 and 1985.
