Raj Kumar Paramanathan

Raj Kumar Paramanathan is a seasoned professional in executive search and leadership development, currently serving as the Managing Partner at CnetG Asia, a prominent firm established in 2001, with a focus on achieving exceptional results in talent consulting. In addition to this role, Raj holds the position of Managing Partner for Kestria in Malaysia and Thailand and leads the Energy Practice, where insights and best practices in the energy sector are shared. As an Executive Board Member of the IRC Institute, Raj contributes to a thought leadership community within global executive search. Prior experience includes a role at Siemens Power Generation focusing on project and quality management.
