Aileen McShea Tinney

Aileen McShea Tinney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Aileen McShea currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Keswick, starting in September 2021. Prior to their current role, they served as the Division Director of Senior Services at Catholic Charities of Baltimore from September 2019 to September 2021. In this role, they led the development and operations of various health care, housing, and supportive services for older Marylanders and their families.

Before joining Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Aileen held various roles at Keswick. Aileen McShea served as the Vice President of Community Health from July 2018 to August 2019, with enterprise-wide responsibility for developing geriatric population health resources. Aileen McShea also served as the Executive Director of Keswick Community Health from July 2016 to June 2018.

Aileen's career also includes positions at Catholic Charities of Baltimore, where they worked as the Director of Senior Communities from July 2015 to June 2016, and as the Manager of Senior Housing Services from 2000 to June 2015. Aileen McShea started their career as a Business Analyst at the University of Maryland Medical System from 1997 to 1999.

Aileen McShea Tinney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. Aileen McShea later pursued a Master of Science degree in Health Finance & Management from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health from 1996 to 1998. Finally, they completed a Master of Arts degree in Management of Aging Services from the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2008 to 2009.
