Marissa Kandel

Marissa Kandel is a seasoned public relations professional with over a decade of experience at Ketchum, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Media. Since joining in May 2010, Marissa has developed and executed successful earned media strategies in the retail and consumer packaged goods sectors, building strong relationships with reporters across various media outlets. Previous roles at Ketchum include Vice President and Senior Media Specialist, providing high-level media relations counsel for notable clients such as Wendy's, FedEx, and IBM. Prior to Ketchum, Marissa worked at Creative Communications Consultants, progressing from Assistant Account Manager to Senior Media Specialist. Marissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations and Political Science from the University of Florida.
