Aditi Padhye's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Aditi started their career in 2013 as a Research Intern at Veekhoy Metallika Pvt Ltd, where they researched chemical techniques to reduce water evaporation and suggested efficient dispatch methods. Aditi then worked as a Mentor at BASF, conducting chemistry experiments with school children to create awareness about water conservation.

In 2015, Aditi worked at RTI International as an Environmental Scientist Intern, where they developed a model to determine wood waste disposal and worked on another project. Aditi also had multiple roles at Syracuse University, including Graduate Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, and Instructional Assistant, where they conducted water quality analysis, tutored student athletes, and organized their academics.

From 2016 to 2017, Aditi served as an Environmental Consultant at Homestead Inc., focusing on waste and wastewater management for a sustainable farm-stay venture. Aditi then joined KETOS Inc. in 2017 as an R&D Engineer, participating in innovation and product development. Aditi later became a Solutions and R&D Engineer at KETOS in 2020, responsible for running the evaluation phase of projects, identifying customer requirements, and delivering product demonstrations.

Throughout their career, Aditi has demonstrated a strong background in research, analysis, innovation, and environmental science.

Aditi Padhye started their education at Fergusson College, where they completed their HSC (Grade XII) in Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology & Physics from 2008 to 2010. Aditi then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Vishwakarma Institute Of Technology, graduating in the year 2014.

In the same year, Aditi attended Syracuse University and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Engineering, which they completed in 2016. During their time at Syracuse University, they also pursued a Certificate of Advanced Study in Sustainable Enterprise (CASSE) from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management, focusing on Sustainability Studies.

Aditi holds additional certifications as well. Aditi obtained the Rio+21 IYWC India Certification from UNEP in August 2014, the Goethe-Zertifikat A2 from Max Muller Bhavan (Goethe Institute), Pune in November 2013, and completed the "Introduction to Environmental Law and Policy" course on Coursera in November 2013. Furthermore, in January 2013, they became a Mentor at BASF Kids' Lab through the Indo-German Urban Mela, Pune.
