Nathan Caldwell

Nathan Caldwell is a software developer and freelance technical writer with experience at Ketra, Inc. where Nathan tailored a help interface for clients. As a marketing intern, Nathan saved money on ERP by writing Javascript programs and automated customer support using ZenDesk. Nathan also collaborated with different departments to develop language and aesthetics for documents. At Tufts University, Nathan managed stress to consistently perform during rush hour as a dining service worker.
